This is the second time I come to get my nails done and they were done nicely as usual even though cuticles could be done a tiny bit better. Nice Argentinian lady (sorry don’t remember her name), she made time for me to have gellak done when I had booked a normal manicure. All In all very happy with my manicure!!!I then had my eyebrows done which were left nicely, however I then had an eyelash lift done which was very disappointing for the price it cost. After asking if there was anything that could be done to be improved they simply said it was due to my eyelashes that it didn’t work as expected. I asked several times if it would be noticeable as it is not the cheapest treatment and I was told yes it would work well. It doesn’t even look like I have mascara- which is unfortunate. I was left in the room continuously and had to knock on the wall to kindly ask the lady to come back in as my eyes were itching like crazy. So all in all nails I would recommend- but definetley not eyelash lift. I understand people’s lashes act different as does hair- but then you should advise on this and perhaps not charge the full amount if a customer is not happy.
