I was left waiting 30
minutes and my treatment although planned for one hour,it took only half an hour.I have been to the salon many times before and paid with my credit card.This time was not possible and they also told me they never accepted credit cards before!At the end they said they were sorry like I was a poor,pitiful little girl...I am sorry but,I do not accept this behavior and it was the last time I visited the salon!

I was not greeted when I arrived, left waiting for 15 minutes with no apology. I was then taken into a room and the personal came back in halfway through me changing and stood in the corner which made me very uncomfortable. Then the waxing started and it went from bad to worse. The wax was too hot and being tugged painfully from my parts. She then started on my legs at the same time and the wax burnt me. I had to stop her at this point and ask for my usual waxer from there who is good and thankfully fixed the situation. I still have terrible imgrowns and a burn on my leg where the original waxer began.I sent a complaint (not something I usually do) and got no response. I have been going to this salon for a year and a half and I will not go back. It was a horrible experience which left me in tears.
