Unfortunately I couldn’t reply in Megan’s comment on my review, yet I believe it is very important to share my experience so that other ppl can pay attention when treated by her. So she claims that I didn’t show up in 3 appointments which is not true at all! I made 2 appointments one to fix my nails and the other one was for facial treatment prior the my nails one, I called one day before the appointment and canceled it as I cannot trust her anymore and just let her after what she has done do my facial! Which I believe very normal, if her colleague didn’t cancel my appointment or didn’t understand what I’m saying it’s not my problem seriously! Moreover, Megan was very unfriendly at the salon and very angry while I had to be the one who should get mad at her, and because I went to the salon for years, I didn’t want to say anything bad or share my experience in front of the customers there, I thought it can happen, I will call her and she will fix them later, even when she did my nails she didn’t want to polish them, saying it’s also nice to keep them natural, and instead of spending 1:20 time on acrylic, she was done in 50 minutes! All in all I don’t recommend it to be treated by her, her colleague Nadia is the best there!

The worst experience I’ve ever had! If I just could upload the pictures of my nails, I would have definitely done that. I booked an appointment for acrylic nails and Megan did them very bad, it was just like she didn’t really want to work and out of her mood. She was talking on the phone constantly and didn’t even pay attention to my requirement, the second day one of the acrylic nails just fall and after 3 days another one and my own nail was green! She filed them too much that for three days I couldn’t even touch it!!! I called her and explained what had happened and made an appointment to fix them, when I was there she was very angry at me and asked her colleague to fix my nails and told me that I’m not welcome anymore at the salon! Very unfriendly and unprofessional!

Treatments at BBM are always different - last time it was perfect and now it was just alright, but not great as my skin is still very irritated (2 days after), and not all hairs are gone. A bit disappointed!
