Not as great as usual. Normally I am really happy but that time was not as nice as I expected. First I had to wait for 20min, usually I would be ok with that but unfortunately I was in a hurry. Also the lady was not really experienced and not friendly. I am a bit disappointed because I come to you several time and the service was perfect.
