Bij binnenkomst zag ik iedereen op zijn smartphone, dat wekte bij mij geen professionele indruk. Voor wat betreft de behandeling ben ik teleurgesteld geraakt over mijn bebloede vinger; iets te veel nagelriem weggehaald dan nodig was. Verder was een praatje ook te veel gevraagd. Voelde mij geen klant, maar een nummertje.
