Quality of services is very good, i would continue to do treatments with them. However time menegement requires improvement, that customers do not need to wait long for and in between treatments.

ik had wenkbrauwen en bovenlip en kin erbij laten waxen en loop nu met wondjes bij mijn slaap en onderkin omdat mijn huid ook meegenomen is samen met de ongewenste huidjes. ben totaal niet te spreken over de behandeling.

I have got a shift on the personnel that was treating me, which showed that another client had priority over me. I payed 100e for spaa pedicure and spaa manicure, I believe that is considered buying to be treated like a priority client. The manicure spaa was interrupt by an incident in the place, which it was not anymore a relaxing and pleasant treatment, and it was not compensated by a discount.
