Akward, mijn eerste keer. Er waren ook alleen vrouwen en een meisje, niet erg voor mij, het was nodig voor het verzorgen van mijn voeten.

This salon is near to me so I have used it many times. I'm starting to wonder why I go back. They reuse their tools and these are often unsterilised. The staff are often rude and argue with each other. (One or two are great but it's difficult to notice when the woman working on your toes is arguing with a colleague.) For pedicures they are incredibly inconsistent and even when I book the longest treatment they sometimes perform a 45min treatment. I don't go there to argue so from now on I'll go for the basic option so I don't feel ripped off. On this visit another client brought their screaming baby and no one in the salon (or the mother) did anything to deal with it. I came to relax and unwind and get away from my kids and day to day stress not to listen to someone else's newborn. I understand it's hard eyeing a mum (I am one!) but a salon is not a place for children. I left do uptight and the woman who did my nails cut the cuticles back too far leaving me bleeding.

Aardige mensen en leuke plek maar transparante topcoat zat op sommige nagels helemaal over m’n huid heen en heb ik zelf weg moeten vijlen, eerste chipjes had ik binnen 12 uur en er zaten bobbeltjes onder de gellak omdat m’n nagels niet goed waren schoongemaakt na het vijlen. Vind het ook niet netjes om meer te vragen voor het verwijderen van exact dezelfde gellak die zij gebruiken omdat het in een andere salon is aangebracht. Snap ik als je alleen gellak laat verwijderen of als het totaal andere gellak is die lastiger te verwijderen is oid. Lange openingstijden zijn fijn.
