Bij aankomst nemen ze je jas niet aan, vragen niet of je iets te drinken wilt. Andere klanten gaan weg, zeggen geen gedag. Tijdens je behandeling vertellen ze amper wat ze met je doen waardoor je geen idee hebt wat er gedaan wordt. Naar mijn idee helemaal geen persoonlijke aandacht.

Ik ben erg fijn geholpen door Viktoria. Ik voelde mij op mijn gemak bij haar en ze is zeer professioneel. Ze legt alles duidelijk uit over haargroei en hygiëne. Ik ben vaker bij beauty by Megan geweest. Ik kom de volgende keer zeker terug en graag bij Viktoria.

Zeer onvriendelijke sfeer. Het personeel deed onaardig tegen me en ze waren constant met elkaar in een andere taal (Russisch) aan het praten.

Beauty by Megan is always my go to place for waxing. The place really has a homey feel to it and the place smells of aromatic oils and therefore are very comforting. The staff are always really nice and helpful. In the future I hope they expand so that there could be a "real" receptionist as the current receptionist also does nail treatments and can sometimes be a little occupied. But overall I love it!

The pedicure staff and lady at the reception were not so friendly, however the pedicure went fine, I loved the foot massage. The lady who did the waxing was lovely and did a very good job.
