I lately come to brazilian wax at your salon. However, this time it very very disappointing. There was a different lady who i had for the first time- very nice and friendly. However brazilian wax was very different- i realised only at home that the ‘stripe’ is very crooked/not straight at all. Therefore it looks like she missed quite a big piece to wax. Also, with my regret i did also eyebrow correction and colouring. I specifically said that I am growing my eyebrows therefore only slightly it should be corrected. Few hairs.... when i looked into the mirror half of my eyebrow hair were gone and now I wasted few months of growing them and am trully disapointed with the service. To be honest i barely can look into the mirror as my eyebrows look so thin and its just not like me. Moreover, one of the eyebrows is thinner than the other one!!!!! Which makes rhis situation even worse.
I want to say that the lady was very nice, therefore i am just talking about the quality of the work and not the service.
Also, i never leave bad reviews and am always happt with the service i received till now. But this situation affected me a lot and therefore i am telling you how it is and that i still dont feel well as both eyebrows and brazilian wax is done terribly. it cannot be fixed in any way!!!!
To conclude, I will not visit your salon again. Although, I wish you good luck and i hope non of your costomers will have the same experience as i did.
