I have been welcomed by a question; the person who took care on my waxing did it very quickly, it was painful and she left wax on my braxilian and under my arms. The day after i realized she actually burned part of it. I saw this same person throwing the rubbish out and welcoming the new client without washing her hand. I'll never go back there, easy as that.
