Teleurstelling. Personeel is chaotisch, onduidelijk en communiceert slecht (of niet). Ondanks dat ik een afspraak had, heb ik 30 min moeten wachten. Ik vind dat niet oké, ze hadden me daarover best telefonisch kunnen inlichten. Behandeling was prima. Niet slecht, ook niks bijzonders. Nagels waren strak gelakt. Koffie bij de behandeling is luxe. Ambiance is so-so. Op eerste oog ziet de zaak er prima uit maar als je wat beter kijkt is het een rommeltje.

The staff is very friendly and flexible. I came just for a pedicure and left with a manicure, eye brows and upper lips done. Like a real lady :)

The first time I visited the pedicure was so wonderful that I booked again. The second time was not as great. I did not get the service I requested and the person who did the pedicure the 2nd time was just not as good. However, she was extremely nice and Megan apologized and reduced the price. I will not let this experience keep me from going back however. Its a nice place and when you get the spa pedicure - it is wonderful.
