Waited for 30 min to be attended. At the end waited another 10 min for the drying machine, which at the end I was told I didn't need... Despite the 40 min waste of time, my nails were beautifully done.

Anna was super vriendelijk en professioneel. Ze luisterde aandachtig. De "assistente" was onbeleefd, had een "attitude" en verbrandde mijn voeten in het voetbad.
