I expressed my concern for the language barrier prior to the appointment over the phone. I was assured there's no problem but I arrived to the studio and waited despite there being no other customers and my stylist was not able to communicate well with me in English, not good for a haircut. My hair was wetted with spray and not washed and then I was charged €30 for 15 minutes haircut with bad communication. I did not want a full blow style but left the salon with dripping wet hair. Crazy!
