Bikini line wax started ok. After 15min realised therapist was struggling to remove wax. Was told my body is warm and wax is not cooling. Ended up removing last wax myself while she watched. Had to pay Eur 27.50 & asked to speak to the manager. Called two days later, told my hair was to long, that I should trim it next time and my body to warm , because I probably biked to appointment. For the inconvenience refunded Eur 7.50. Worst wax experience I have ever had. Will not return here.
