I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I’m usually early for my appointments. But last week I arrive 10 min late and was not seen, so I had to reschedule.However, at my rescheduled appointment I was seen15 min late because another client arrived late. I found this a little unfair, as there seemed to be flexibility for another clients lateness, while in my case I was unable to be seen. I enjoy coming here and appreciate the service, but I believe the same standards should apply to all.
