I am so glad that I've found Esra, As my hair type is a bit complicated for the results that I want, dark pigmented and lots of hair but thinner strands, I am cautious trying new salons. My dark roots? Not a problem for Esra! She manages to get me to a nice cool beige blonde without any harm to my hair. I'll be coming back!
