Heel zonde dit is de 2x dat ik hier kom en beide keren moest ik heel lang wachten. Ik vind dit niet kunnen ze hebben dit blijkbaar vaker dat ze teveel klanten boeken terwijl ze daar geen plek voor hebben. Zo ga je niet met je klanten om. Mijn tijd is ook kostbaar had al mijn planningen moeten cancelen. Kwam daar aan om 15:15 en vertrok pas om 18:00. Voor een behandeling dat max 1 uur en 45 minuten hoort te duren. Had pedicure en manicure afspraak geboekt. Ze lieten me €76 betalen nooit meer

The manicure was good but I did not like the attitude of the girl who did my nails. Its the third time in this saloon, i was quite pleased other times. She required me to pay extra for removing the previous polish, although when I asked the last time specifically if I needed to pay extra for the removal, the other colleague told me no. I did not like her attitude at all, her colleague last time was very capable and and polite too.

Voor de prijs die ik had betaald had ik wel iets meer verwacht van de behandelingen. Ook vond ik het binnen niet sfeervol of hygiënisch. Zou het niet echt aanraden.
