Ik kom er nu al 3 jaar. Behandelingen worden altijd door vaste medewerkers gehad. Super tevreden met personeel. Vind wel dat de baas altijd een bepaalde spanning creeert als hij aanwezig is. Voor de rest top zaak.

The salon was too busy and the staff had no idea about my appointment. I waited 20 minutes for the salon manager (a man) to approach me and said he will do the massage since nobody else was available. I refused and waited a further 10 minutes for a female member of staff. She didn’t give me any privacy whilst I was changing. Throughout the massage, all I could hear was the noise of staff and clients. Overall it was a really bad experience, the manager even complained that they needed to pay commission to Treatwell!
