The salon is very small and very crowded. They do a great job but it took almost 3 hours for them to do a standard pedicure and manicure because of how crowded they were. There was not enough space and it wasn't a very relaxing environment because of that.

Ik had een afspraak gemaakt via Treatwell, maar dit was blijkbaar toch niet goed doorgegeven. Ze hebben me alsnog tussendoor geholpen. Voortaan dus bellen voor een afspraak. Verder erg tevreden: goede service voor een lage prijs.

Aardige mensen. Maar daar is voor mij wel alles mee gezegd. Volgens mij ben je goedkoper uit als je in de salon zelf een behandeling boekt. Ook is de nagelriem van mijn grote teen stuk geknipt. Deze is nu al 2 dagen ontstoken!

It seems that the 'front of house' has some issues with scheduling appointments, i.e. double booking and which has led to showing up for your appointment slot and not being seen for 30min etc. Nevertheless the ladies do a great job on the nails.
