After waiting over an hour to be seated, with no explanation for the delay, I was eventually welcomed by an unfriendly employee who could not perform the French pedicure I requested. I was told to wait for her colleague, and the service was eventually done in a rushed manner. I understand delays can happen, especially in high season, but clear communication and a simple apology would have made a big difference. Overall, a disappointing experience.
