I had booked an intimate wax with a different aesthetician on treatwell whi she rushed our wax and when I had gotten home there were areas with sore skin and random spots with hairs. All this to say, that many months later I wanted to try to find someone else. I honestly had a completely different experience with Lusi. She is a pro. Comforting, patient and made me laugh. The wax was not too burning hot and she tweezed out and removed any excess stray hairs. I’m very happy and will be a regular.
