I booked the hydropeptide extra, which also includes brows. The lady pretended that i did not book the brow trimming, and when I reminded her of that, she said that it is not what i booked but that anyway, there s nothing she can do to my brows. She is really friendly and welcoming, but quite unprofessional. While she was touching my face, she was also leaving the room often and touching the door, then touching my face without washing first. Mid experience.
