Threading was good but facial was a disaster. Entire experience was very stressful. She had plastic gloves on while handling my face (told her to remove). Was very rough in her actions especially during extraction. Normally one would avoid the eye and lip area when performing a cleanse or scrub but she just smothered everything on very roughly, I had to repeatedly use the towel to wipe off excess product from going into my mouth. I believe this was an amateur or trainee. Would not come back.
