I did not end up having the treatment because the clinic cancelled my appointment only 45 minutes before it was scheduled, saying they had problems with the electricity. I immediately replied asking for availability for the following week and sent several follow-ups both via WhatsApp and email, but I never received any reply. In my opinion this is not very professional. A serious clinic should not cancel at the last minute and then disappear without offering any alternative or communication.
