The staff was very friendly when I arrived - welcoming and encouraging (with my Dutch). The quality of the work could be improved - removing gellak with a buffing machine left my nails thin, brittle, and ridged. The manicure was unimpressive - no attention to my cuticles and the buffing was very poorly done - which didn't make the removal of the gellak any better.
