The atmosphere was quite calm and the manicure was carried out in professional conditions, with care being gentle and expert. However, when it came to the removal of the gel a few weeks later at another salon closer to home, it was extremely difficult/time-consuming to remove and so next time I think I would pick a different type of polish/treatment.
