My overall experience was not great. My cuticles were butchered (no soaking or prep at all) and instead of cutting them, the nail tech was pulling them off, which left me with cuts on most of my fingers. The nail tech then proceeded to tell me it was because I had not been putting on cuticle oil - I can say that I never had this problem in other salons. The end result is okay, but details are overlooked (bubbles in the nail polish on several of my nails + sides that are not very clean).
