DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON IT'S A SCAM - Undoubtedly the worst 'massage' I've ever had. The lady was clearly completely unqualified. She did not ask me how I would like the massage or where I would like to focus. She focused on strange areas of the body (such as toes) but completely omitted other parts (such as legs). She had no idea how to massage and her long nails meant even if she had been qualified the main sensation would have been pain from the nails in any case. The room had zero ambiance and the salon itself is very tired and dirty. However I think the absolute worst thing was that she had her phone on the bed which kept going off during the 'massage'. She then proceeding to 'massage' me with one hand so that she could reply. This is completely unacceptable from a service perspective but also made me feel vulnerable to know I was lying there semi naked whilst she had a photographic device with her. I left feeling dirty, uncomfortable and more stressed than I had entered. Overall I feel I was scammed out of money as I did not receive the service I paid for and I would like a full refund. I urge fellow treatwell customers to steer clear of this place.
