Hi, I've been a customer with you for almost 4 years now. Every visit is pleasant. I'm usually never late for any appointment. But for today's appointment I was late by 10 minutes, although I called to say that I'm running late. I was attended by Jasmine today. And I have to say even though we had only 20 minutes to do half face, she was fast and professional in her work. So no complaints about her skill with the treatment.
What I found a little off was this - I felt that I wasn't talked to in a polite manner. There's one thing to be professional, and another to be polite. It would have made me a little comfortable. Also, I felt that while she was shaving me, the razor was moving very fast on my face, and it landed harder than usual, which made me nervous that it may cut me. Again, I am sure she's a complete professional and maybe it was nothing, but to someone who was getting the treatment with her the first time, I felt it could have been done slightly softly. After the treatment, she handed me the paper towels to wipe myself, on my own. Again something that I never experienced with other technicians. Since it was always my face, they knew where all was the gel put, and so wiped it themselves. It felt very impersonal, almost like as if I wasn't wanted there. As I said, no complaints on how the treatment went, and I'm always going to keep coming back. But I thought it may help in future if this feedback can reach her. Thank you for your our time.
