The treatment/cut was less thorough than what was advertised. Actually, I'd say it was just a regular cut. Hence, George left his service with an expectation gap in the end. Overall, I think it was very pricy and expensive for a straightforward/regular hair cut and beard trim that you can get anywhere else for half the price without the drink/coffee offer at arrival. I think I can get the coffee at a cafe but rather spend my money for a more attentive and thorough service.
