Made an appointment at 11:00. Went to the venue and it was closed! I was not the only person waiting. There were a few people was also waiting for the shop to open. We waited for 15 minutes and we all left. No email or call mentioning that they would close. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If you are searching for a good haircut and service, please don'twaste your time and money. Go somewhere else. Ridiculous business and i can't reiterate how unprofessional this is!

I had an appointment but Ray was not in. 25 min later the other hairdresser gave me a haircut.
