Rayben did not show up for our appointment. His colleague said Rayben would come in 1 hour but he still did not show up. Then he offered to refund my money but it's been 2 weeks and they still have not refunded it. I have contacted them 2 times during this time but nothing has changed. I don't know how to get my money back.
