The lady who washed my hair was fantastic. She did a great massage, knew how to put the right temperature (not a given) and consulted me further on my needs. Unfortunately, I don't speak Dutch so when I asked for a trim but no layers as I wanted to grow them out I still received them. This is unfortunately the second time at this salon that this happens. I assume this was due to a language barrier as well. On the upside the use plant based colors which is super!
