Zeer tevreden voldoende droge handboeken voor een bezoek vooraf aan de sauna en alles goed op temperatuur en de sport massage was goed

I was very excited when I was booking the treatment, it was supposed to be 30 minutes, 32 EUR, and this was the description: "Deze behandeling is voor pure ontspanning. Het verjongt de huid, zorgt voor vermindering van wallen en donkere kringen rond de ogen. Herstelt de contour van het oog voor een meer uitgeruste, frisse, natuurlijke en jeugdige uitstraling." So, first of all, it took only 20 minutes in total, and the lady asked me for 47,50 EUR. Only when I insisted that I will not pay 47,50, she had look something up and then changed the price, without apology or anything. Furthermore, I was wearing only mascara on my eyes, and it was not even waterproof mascara. So it's very easy to remove. That's why I don't understand that the lady was "cleaning" my eyes for several minutes, and after the treatment ended, I found out there was still like 60% of mascara still on my eye lashes. And, as the description says, the treatment should help to get more fresh, youthful look, and also to help with the dark circles around the eyes. Only after the treatment has ended (after 20 minutes), the lady told me that this treatment doesn't help at all, but she can sell me some expensive products, at least three of them, and maybe some of these products will help. I don't understand why you make some claims about the procedure, when even your stuff then tells clients exact opposites. I'm very disappointed from my visit and will never come again.
