I got scars on fingers while manicuring and the environment was loud and staff were not friendly also I bought the manicure package but it didn’t include gel which is weird because it is the point of manicure

The salon recorded the wrong service. I booked for a hard gel but my nail was chipped a day later and it feels like they used a regular gel base coat and not the hard gel I paid extra for.
