I couldn't even go to my appointment. I was told that I have to wait for one hour and the smell in the saloon was more than horrible. So I did not wait as the whole point of making an appointment is lost. This happens for the second time. The first time I was there and the saloon was closed and no one told me. Cannot count on them! Never ever going back.

I had to wait an extra 40 minutes because they were low on staff, but I didn’t mind as Jade who was treating me was very sweet and left me with lovely nails! Definitely coming back
