The technician cut my nails way too short- I realised she cut into the skin when I washed my hands. My appointment went over time because the first 10-15 min I wasnโt helped and there was no sense of urgency to correct that. Iโve been coming here for years but the last few visits have been quite bad and very unprofessional and now clearly unsafe
