Very satisfied with my eyelashes, the shape of the lashes are very attractive and sharp. Vanessa was very detail and relaxing. Will be back for refill for sure

I had a terrible experience with my eyelash extensions here. I waited 15โ20 minutes despite having an appointment, and the technician, Vanessa, was unprofessional and rude. The lashes were messy, uneven, overly glued, and too heavy. When I kindly asked for a small adjustment, she got defensive, blamed my natural lashes, and eventually told me to leave and never come back. The next day, lashes began falling out, and I had to pay another salon to fix the damage. I would not recommend this place!!

It was very dissapointing. I booked for the blu nail bar with Erik and when i got there it had changed management. It is no longer the same place and the information was not updated on the website. I still decided to try it and was very dissapointed, the result was not bad but the next day my nails started to lose the top layer and are looking bad, i had to book with another salon to redo them. Might have been the worker and not the salon, but overall i'm not going back.
