Had a refill on July 12 with Trinh but was seen 45 minutes late and the treatment felt rushed. Within two days, nails started chipping. When I returned to fix them, I was blamed and poorly treated. After calmly saying I’d no longer be a client, I was called a “crazy woman” in front of others. After 3 years as a loyal customer, the service and quality have gone downhill since the takeover. I won’t be coming back.
