You don't have an assign person, they all cover you. An appointment that should have lasted 45 mins max ended up being almost 2 hours there, mainly waiting for someone to come.
People are very nice, but the overall service is not good because of the extreme waiting.

Nagels waren erg lelijk gezet ze waren misvormd en erg dik veder heeft ze het disign verpest en ziet het er erg lelijk uit heb uiteindelijk het zelf moeten doen ook hebben ze me extra laten betalen voor iets waar ik niet om heb gevraagd en was erg ontevreden

I had a terrible experience in this place. First, the place smells like chemicals and hygiene is questionable. The manicure used no gloves and I havenโt seen anything being sterilized. Secondly, the whole thing was almost 2h late, and I left without finishing my pedicure and with a terrible manicure. They did things in steps, so I couldnโt even leave because I had half hand done, a bit of the feet done. Finally, the quality of the service itself was bad as the materials used
