nagels waren niet zoals gevraagd was, geen communicatie mogelijk in NL of ENG, andere medewerker moest nagels oplossen. 5eu korting gekregen nadat nagels veel korter waren dan gevraagd.

You don't have an assign person, they all cover you. An appointment that should have lasted 45 mins max ended up being almost 2 hours there, mainly waiting for someone to come.
People are very nice, but the overall service is not good because of the extreme waiting.
