I wasn’t happy with my manicure. Two fingers started bleeding while she did the manicure (I never had that before). After 5 days, the Gellack started to crumble off on the top of the nails. I called and asked if they could fix the broken parts on three fingers, and they said yes, so I came to the salon the next day but all they offered me then was a new manicure for the original price. Not a nice service/quality, so I’m not coming back.

De eigenaresse is een hele leuke lieve vrouw die goed haar werk doet. Haar medewerker daarentegen, is erg onbeschoft. Meerdere keren mij pijn gedaan en als ik daar wat van zei; zonder mij aan te kijken of sorry te zeggen, gewoon door gaan werken. Daarna zei ik er nog een keer wat van, met een iets meer geïrriteerde stem en toen begon ze er omheen te praten en sarcastisch naar me te lachen. Ik ben al meerdere keren door haar geholpen en is elke keer weer hetzelfde verhaal.
