This was my second time coming here for eyebrow waxing. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.
The waxing was done very roughly and later that evening, I noticed that the skin below my eyebrow was bruised. This wasn’t immediately obvious in the salon, which is why I didn’t say anything at the time.
Some discomfort is expected with waxing, but bruising is not. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the service.
