I found the massage a bit painful that i wasn’t expecting but i guess that is just part of the experience of a lymphatic drainage massage. I love the results and how i feel after the treatment. I’ll definitely do it again!

I booked a deep tissue massage due to tightness with my shoulders, neck, middle back, even lower back. She recommended instead the Anatomical Release treatment. It was intense, I never experienced anything like that! But wow, the release is real!!
