This is my second visit. This is a total body reset. While you are being massaged and manipulated, you literally see how your body āspringsā back to new, more ānormalā positions. It is hard to explain, but if you have long-standing posture compensations or stubborn imbalances this massage / manipulation, could be a crucial part of your recovery ( As well as serious exercise and a chiropractor for example). This is my conclusion and Iāve been through 10 years of Physios and Sports therapists.

The signature massage treatment of Tomoko was exceptional. First, she checked carefully what needed to be done, then a process of releasing techniques started, which was quite tough but very good, and after this followed a gentle oil massage. I left the massage feeling softened, relaxed and at the same time energized and clear. It seems to me that she not only works on the body, but on deeper levels as well and this is very beneficial.
