Carmen is a great professional. She did my upper lip threading and I must say in my last 12 years, her treatment was the least painful I have experienced. It literally felt nothing. Her way of handling was also very hygienic and patient. I had a lovely conversation with her, so I can vouch that she makes her client feel at ease.
