I was served not by the person that I booked. I was very disturbed from the moment I entered the salon as I saw a client being refused service without an explanation (it was in front of me so I could hear everything). As regards the procedure, I was cut by a razor when the beautician removed some left hairs. Also, the beautician did not cover the more inner places of labia. Didn’t feel like a neat, sterile and professional job. Disappointed and disturbed as it was my first LHR…
