While the end result has generally been decent, the overall experience leaves room for improvement. Despite always arriving on time, my appointments always started 15-25 min late. It seems that each brow specialist handles 2-3 clients simultaneously, which significantly prolongs the process and affects the overall attention to detail. During my most recent visit, the procedure was started by one specialist and then passed on to another, which didn’t seem very seamless or professional.
