Staff are always friendly however have become very sales focused constantly trying to sell products or services. I felt pushed to buy an additional therapy then was very surprised to find that the brow tinting isn’t sold with threading as a package. So it was much more expensive than I would pay elsewhere. They seem over booked and are running late all the time. They go between clients so a threading ends up taking much longer than it should.
