This was my second time at &brows. Although the ladies were great, last time i likes the result better. I had a feeling they were overbooked and doing multiple clients at once. Last time I was there for 25min and now it took around 10min and there were 3 different ladies working on my eyebrows. I was not asked what kind of shape I want and my brows were made completely different and all the parts i was asked to grow last time were taken away. Although it looks neat, my brows are not equal and are thiner as they were. And my chin was not completely threaded. I will probably return as the result was better then in other salons, but i would expect more personal touch.

Got a complementary Brazilian wax from Abigail because the previous treatment was not satisfactory. The interior is nicer after the renovation and Abigail is as friendly as always. Thanks Abigail and keep it up!

Hele fijne ervaring gehad bij deze salon! Ben heel erg moeilijk wat mijn wenkies betreft maar ik was echt heel erg tevreden toen ik de deur uitliep. Abigail is echt een topper en kosta heeft op mijn zoon gepast (die mee was) tijdens de bahandeling. Ik zie jullie volgende maand weer schatjes x
